Appointments and cancellations:

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Fees and deposits (if any) are as shown at booking. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Services and pricing:

Prices are subject to change. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a price error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the booking.

Payment:

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout or in-salon. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

User conduct and content:

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Limitation of liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jovi Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
